Fried Fish With 2 Sauces (Green & Red)
Hi guys! Long time no see! I'm back with a new video, after a long hiatus. This is fried fish (feel free to choose a fish of your choice!) with 2 different kinds of sauces. Hope you like it, and don't forget to like & subscribe! :)
2 Whole Tai Snapper, cleaned, gutted, scaled, & sliced
Sea Salt
Corn Starch, for coating
Peanut or Vegetable oil for shallow frying
Red Sauce
6 Shallots, peeled & chopped
6 Cloves Garlic, peeled & chopped
6 Large Red Chilies, seeded & chopped
3 Tbsp Ketchup
2 to 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
4 Tbsp Cane Sugar
4 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp Water
Green Sauce
10 Green Bird's Eye Chilies
2 Large Green Chilies
5 to 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
A Handful of Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Piece Thai Palm Sugar
4 Tbsp Fish Sauce
6 to 8 Tbsp Lime Juice
adjust with a couple Tbsp of Water, if necessary

Wrong method! You only need to add very hot water to the rice flour and wheat starch and knead the dough to make this. Check out other UA-cam recipes for this.
